            <div style="font-family:'Segoe UI';font-size:14px;font-style:normal;font-weight:400;line-height:20px;" data-pasted="true"><div style="font-family:'Segoe UI';font-size:14px;font-style:normal;font-weight:400;line-height:20px;" data-pasted="true"><p style="margin-left:0cm;" data-pasted="true">We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Business Partner to work in close partnership with senior leaders across the organisation.</p><p style="margin-left:0cm;"><strong>About the role</strong></p><p style="margin-left:0cm;">You will act as a trusted advisor to Deans, Directors and leadership teams, providing expert HR guidance, challenge and support across a broad range of people matters.</p><p style="margin-left:0cm;">Key responsibilities include:</p><ul type="disc"><li style="margin-left:0cm;">Translating organisational strategy into practical workforce and people plans</li><li style="margin-left:0cm;">Supporting and leading organisational change, including restructures and transformation programmes</li><li style="margin-left:0cm;">Coaching and developing leaders to build capability and confidence</li><li style="margin-left:0cm;">Using data and insight to inform decision-making and identify trends</li><li style="margin-left:0cm;">Promoting a positive, inclusive and high-performing culture</li><li style="margin-left:0cm;">Providing advice on complex employee relations matters</li></ul><p style="margin-left:0cm;">You will work collaboratively with HR specialist teams &mdash; including Employee Relations, Reward, Recruitment and EDI &mdash; to design and deliver effective people solutions, and contribute to the delivery of internal HR initiatives and continuous improvement activity.</p><p style="margin-left:0cm;"><strong>What you&rsquo;ll bring</strong></p><ul type="disc"><li style="margin-left:0cm;">Proven experience partnering senior stakeholders within a complex organisation</li><li style="margin-left:0cm;">Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice</li><li style="margin-left:0cm;">Experience of organisational design and delivering change</li><li style="margin-left:0cm;">Ability to influence, coach and challenge at a senior level</li><li style="margin-left:0cm;">Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into insight</li><li style="margin-left:0cm;">Excellent communication and problem-solving skills</li><li style="margin-left:0cm;">A Level 7 qualification (or equivalent experience), ideally CIPD-accredited.</li></ul><p style="margin-left:0cm;"><strong>Why join us?</strong></p><p style="margin-left:0cm;">This is an opportunity to operate at the heart of strategic decision-making, influencing meaningful organisational change while working as part of a collaborative and professional HR team.</p></div></div>
