Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour is one of six departments that make up the renowned Southampton Business School.  Exceptional growth means we have a number of exciting opportunities for part-time hourly paid lecturers and tutors to contribute to both undergraduate and postgraduate courses.  As well as delivering pre-set lectures, you will support with marking and dissertation supervision in your specialist area. 

*The contract length and number of hours available are flexible and by negotiation.  

About you

We are looking for people who have expertise in Ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Research Methods, Management (basic skill development) and/or Managing in a Global context.  You should combine experience of teaching or presenting to large groups with a relevant commercial background. Applications will also be considered from candidates who have previous experience of teaching or training at an undergraduate / post graduate equivalent level.
