People Adviser

The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a passionate and supportive People Team dedicated to providing a great employee experience for our committed staff team.

As a People Adviser, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality, professional HR service across the organisation.

You’ll provide advice and guidance to managers and staff across the full employee lifecycle, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, wellbeing and performance management. Alongside this, you will contribute to the delivery of key People projects and initiatives to further improve what we do for our staff team.

This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same, offering the chance to make a real impact within a values-driven, student-focused organisation.

About You

  • You are an experienced people professional who is passionate about delivering excellent people services and creating a positive, supportive and inclusive working environment.
  • You’re experienced in supporting managers and employees with employee relations matters and providing timely, practical advice.
  • You bring strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to your work.
  • You are highly organised and detail-focused, with experience maintaining HR systems and ensuring data accuracy.
