            <p style="margin-left:0cm;" data-pasted="true"><strong>Student Wellbeing Advisor (Night Service) x2</strong></p><p style="margin-left:0cm;">Are you passionate about supporting students and making a positive difference to their university experience?</p><p style="margin-left:0cm;">We are looking for two Student Wellbeing Advisors to join our Student Wellbeing Service. Working as part of a dedicated and professional team, you will provide advice, guidance and practical support to students experiencing a range of wellbeing, mental health and personal challenges.</p><p style="margin-left:0cm;">This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our 24/7 service, supporting students outside of standard working hours and helping them access the right support at the right time. You will engage with students through a range of established processes, helping them understand their options, navigate University services and access appropriate support where needed.</p><p style="margin-left:0cm;">The role requires excellent communication skills, sound judgement and a genuine commitment to delivering a high-quality student experience. You will work closely with colleagues across Student Support and other University services to ensure students receive timely, coordinated and student-centred support. You will be confident making informed decisions, assessing risk and responding appropriately to a range of student situations.</p><p style="margin-left:0cm;">We are looking for candidates with experience of supporting people in a wellbeing, health, education, community, customer support or related setting. You will be empathetic, organised, able to manage competing priorities and confident building positive relationships with a diverse range of students.&nbsp;</p><p style="margin-left:0cm;"><strong>Working Pattern</strong></p><ul type="disc"><li style="margin-left:0cm;"><strong>24.5 hours per week</strong></li><li style="margin-left:0cm;"><strong>Fixed-term for 12 months</strong></li><li style="margin-left:0cm;"><strong>Based at Highfield Campus</strong></li><li style="margin-left:0cm;"><strong>3 on, 3 off rotating shift pattern</strong></li><li style="margin-left:0cm;"><strong>22:00 to 06:00</strong></li><li style="margin-left:0cm;"><strong>1-hour unpaid meal break per shift</strong></li><li style="margin-left:0cm;"><strong>This post will attract a 15% shift enhancement of base spine point.&nbsp;</strong></li><li style="margin-left:0cm;"><strong>Includes working university closure days, weekends and public holidays as part of the 365 day service</strong></li></ul><p style="margin-left:0cm;">This is a rewarding opportunity to join a well-established service that plays an important role in supporting student wellbeing, belonging and success.
