The University of Southampton are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our team of talented chefs.

We are looking for somebody who is passionate, has good knowledge of fine dining as well as traditional food using fresh locally sourced produce. You will be working both as part of a team with a variety of tasks, and with the opportunity to run an area within our department, assisting Senior Chefs in the kitchen.

Salary is £19,730. This post is a five out of seven contract, 36 hour week, we offer good pension scheme, uniform provided and competitive holiday entitlement which will also include Christmas and Easter period closure.
