As Career Practitioner Team Manager, you will be responsible for the operational and line management of the Career Practitioner team. We are seeking individuals with excellent people management and team skills; able to deliver to deadlines and manage multiple activities.  You will be a confident, credible and inspirational individual with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Our Career Practitioner team operates in an exciting, fast paced environment offering tailored support to students in relation to their career and professional development. The Career Practitioner Team Manager role provides an exciting opportunity to manage a team and support the wider management team by taking a lead or supporting role in initiatives and activities within the service.  

The successful candidate will have experience of team management, ideally within a Higher Education setting.A background working in a Careers Service, or a strong interest to learn about a new area would be an advantage.

This post is a permanent position offering a minimum salary of £29,799 per annum.  Further benefits of this role include the opportunity to join the University’s pension scheme, 30 days annual leave and access to a number of University employer discount schemes.
