We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic Business & Systems Analysis Team within the IT Portfolio. This role will be part of our BA resource pool, working on a range of strategic projects. Current projects include CRM, ServiceNow, Windows 10 upgrades, and the Student App.
Joining the team as a Senior Business Analyst, you'll be ensuring key business goals are understood and requirements are documented. To do this, you'll be working with colleagues to ensure that quality business solutions, that address the requirements of the business are delivered. We'll look to you to participate, lead, and contribute to relevant business and project meetings, and to provide support and training to the technical and business teams for the new systems and processes.
About you:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst working across multiple complex projects/workstreams
- Strong decision-making skills with the ability to confidently analyse and resolve complex problems.
- An excellent understanding of creating and writing functional and technical specifications for systems.
- Excellent analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable with holding and facilitating interviews, meetings and workshops to a diverse range of Stakeholders
- Ability to lead, negotiate and influence - to challenge and drive the necessary changes.
- Experience of working on medium to large scale assignments
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, comfortable navigating tight deadlines.
- Detailed knowledge and experience of application of business analysis tools and techniques
- Hold or working towards your BCS Business Analyst Diploma or Advanced Diploma
