Casual Worker - Private Pool

All casual workers must register online to work for the University of Southampton.  This is called a Private Pool. You will only be contacted for an assignment where a member of University staff has requested you specifically. If you want to be contacted with details of other suitable assignments you need to also register for our ‘Mailing Pool’.  

When completing your registration you will be asked if you want to be considered and contacted for assignments.   Select yes to provide further information regarding your skills and availability.   UniWorkforce will then contact you with details of any assignments that match your skills and experience and you will be automatically added into the Mailing Pool.

To complete your registration:

1) Register as a user on eRecruit or log in if already registered

2) Once logged in, click on the Apply Online link below to register for UniWorkforce. If you do not see an apply button, this would indicate you have already registered online for UniWorkforce roles.
