Working hours: 
Option 1: 20 hours per week, working Monday to Friday, 9am-1pm  
Option 2: 28 hours per week, working Mon, Tues, Thurs & Fri, 9am- 4.30pm. (No work on Weds) 

Essential weekend work: 09.00 – 16.30 on all the following dates:          
15 – 16 June 2019
22 – 23 June 2019
29 – 30 June 2019
7 – 8 September 2019
14 – 15 September 2019


Please see below details of a new * temporary * assignment.

We are looking for people to clean designated areas either individually or as a member of a team, ensuring that they are kept in a clean and hygienic condition. The majority of the role will include:  mop sweeping, damp mopping, suction cleaning, machine buffing, carpet cleaning, window cleaning, sanitary appliance cleaning, and replenishing toilet requisites

Location: Halls of Residences (In Southampton)

Essential Skills:
Attention to detail.
Able to follow instructions and guidance of line manager.
To work unsupervised after initial training.
A good understanding of written and spoken English is essential (for Health and Safety reasons).

Desirable Skills: 
Cleaning experience desirable although full training will be given

  • Temporary assignments offered through UniWorkforce are casual roles.   • Temporary workers are paid a month in arrears.  Pay day is on the last working day of each month.  This means that, depending on your start date, it could be up to eight weeks before you receive your first payment.
