Location:  Southampton Science Park, Chilworth
Salary:   £20,675 to £24,461 Pro rata per annum
Part Time (21.6 hours) Fixed Term for 12 months

Handling contracts including the NIHR (National Institute for Health Research) Evaluation, Trials and Studies Coordinating Centre (NETSCC) we manage and maximise the impact of ground-breaking medical research programmes, influencing the future of healthcare delivery across the UK and medicine worldwide.

We are currently looking for a part-time administrator to join our Communications and Events team. The post is for 12 months fixed term contract covering maternity leave. 

The post would suit someone who is naturally well-organised, enjoys working as part of a busy and varied team, has a flexible approach to work and is able to demonstrate initiative. You will have administrative experience, excellent communication and organisational skills, computer literacy (experience with Google Suite would be an advantage), and the ability to develop positive working relationships with colleagues of all levels across NETSCC and with external stakeholders.  In addition to the Job Description and Person Specification, please see the list of example tasks this role is responsible for. Previous experience in these areas is desirable and where possible should be highlighted in the application.
