We are looking to recruit two talented individuals to support our projects administration service in the Faculty Projects team in Estates and Facilities.

Between you, you will jointly manage a number of key databases that we rely upon to keep our projects on track and to make good decisions in planning future works.

Taking the lead individually on certain aspects of the role and supporting each other on other parts of it, you will use your inter-personal skills to engage with colleagues, customers and external suppliers to obtain regular updates to the data that we need. You will then use your strong analytical skills to present regular reports in a clear, logical format that we can understand. You will also play a central role in organising the annual condition survey of our buildings and infrastructure. We use the data this captures to plan our long term maintenance programme which is valued in millions of pounds.

Options for flexible working and home working would be considered as part of the application process.

Application procedure:

You should submit your completed online application form at www.jobs.soton.ac.uk. The application deadline will be midnight on the closing date stated above. If you need any assistance, please call Charlene Tyson (Recruitment Team) on +44 (0) 23 8059 6803. Please quote reference 1177019TD on all correspondence.
