The University invites applications from suitably qualified individuals to join the Office of the President and Vice-Chancellor as Receptionist/Administrative Assistant.

The Office of the President and Vice-Chancellor’s reception is the first point of call for many high profile visitors to the University. The post presents an exciting opportunity for a motivated candidate who has excellent interpersonal skills and experience of running a busy reception including managing office systems and procedures.

As Receptionist/Administrative Assistant, you will be a committed team player with an ability to deliver an efficient service, which meets the requirements of the Office of the President and Vice-Chancellor.  You will also provide administrative support to the Vice-Chancellor’s Office team including photocopying, printing, filing, and ordering stationary.  You will be able to build good relationships and partnerships with internal and external organisations and groups, and be able to liaise confidently with all stakeholders.  You will have excellent IT skills and be competent at using Microsoft Office. Previous experience of working on a reception is desirable.
