We are seeking a proactive Client Services Advisor to join the Careers & Employability Service. This role is within the Employer Engagement Team and supports the development of our work experience opportunities available to our students.

Your focus will be to support the growth of our Work Experience Programmes,working to collaborate with employers to increase the number of opportunities for students locally, nationally and internationally. Relationship management is integral to this role; you will be strengthening existing external and internal partnerships alongside initiating new relationships to ensure the team meet targets for work experience opportunities. It is likely the successful candidate will have proven experience in business development and/or sales, is confident at networking and is motivated to achieve targets. 

The successful candidate will possess excellent customer service, listening and sales skills, time-management and communication skills (both written and verbal) as well as competency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).
