Term Time Only Permanent (37 Weeks per year)

We are seeking a proactive Client Services Advisor to join the Careers and Employability Service, working within the Work Experience Team to increase the number of students undertaking work experience opportunities.

Your focus will be to encourage and support students to participate in our work experience programmes, influencing student engagement across all target areas. You will utilise innovative messaging and marketing techniques to raise awareness of the opportunities on offer across our 25,000 strong student body and ensure information to students is readily available; regularly reviewing guidelines and processes to be fit for purpose. 

Strong written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team is essential. Project and time management, organisational skills and good presentation skills are also requirements.
