An exciting opportunity has arisen to work as a Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) Associate in a collaborative project between Execview Ltd based at Holborn, London and the University of Southampton. This project will build futuristic software systems providing project and programme management support based on the latest developments in business psychology and gamification.

Execview Ltd (EV) is a London-based company which develops and sells Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and Transformational Governance SaaS platforms for Enterprises. EV includes powerful control, assurance, highly effective stakeholder engagement, programme & project planning and delivery, with real-time reporting for continuous feedback, improving success and team performance. EV reduces cost, risk and timescales through better engagement - including senior decision-makers - with full visibility across multiple project teams for faster decision making.

The vast majority of your time (>85%) will be spent at the company premises in Holborn, London, under the supervision of the dedicated company team with access to the skills, resources and tools required to complete the project. You will receive a minimum of 0.5 days per week supervision (excluding travelling time) from the University half of the partnership and will have access to expertise and resources from the University of Southampton.  There will be a dedicated training budget of £4,000 for you to further develop your skills. 

You will have a Masters or equivalent professional qualifications and experience in computer science, software engineering or a related field. It is essential you are able to work independently and able to manage a project including meeting defined milestones.
