Southampton University’s in-house Catering Services are recruiting a Catering Supervisor to assist in the day-to-day planning and operation of designated catering outlets to include cafes, a brasserie and a fine dining restaurant. 

 A strong food and beverage knowledge, excellent communication and planning skills and experience in the running of a wide range of food retail outlets are essential. Experience of supervising fine dining restaurants and hospitality events would also be of benefit. 

The work pattern is mostly Monday to Friday, 7.5 hour shifts will be between 7am – 7pm. You will need to be flexible with hours & days worked as there may be a need to work some evenings and occasional weekends
