Salary:   £39,152 to £49,553 per annum
Full Time Fixed Term (for 35 months)

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join the Change Portfolio Office (CPO). The CPO is a friendly and busy team who are responsible for managing the delivery of strategic change across the University. Current programmes and projects managed by the CPO include Student Experience, Education and International initiatives among others.

You will work in partnership with Programme Managers, Sponsors, and the CPO Director to lead the planning and delivery of specified projects, using the University’s best practice project framework. This will include establishing project governance, providing regular status reports for stakeholders and ensuring appropriate risk and issue management processes are embedded.  

You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to plan and manage your own workload. You will be a positive and proactive problem solver and have the ability to manage often-conflicting priorities at the same time. You will be a strong team player, professional, clear thinking under pressure and act as a role model within the Change Portfolio Office.

A PRINCE2 Practitioner or traditional project management qualification is required.
