About the role 

This is a hugely exciting opportunity for an engaged and user-focused SEO specialist to join our pioneering digital transformation programme which is about to enter a new phase. You’ll be joining a large agile multi-disciplinary and co-located team dedicated to developing a new user-centred information and support services for many of our users groups - from applying to a course, to finding research collaborations and much more. This project is fast-paced and hugely ambitious. We need someone to be in the driving seat of SEO Content to create the right environment for our products to be found and for other experts to be supported.

What you'll do 

  • Work collaboratively with our Technical SEO specialist to inform changes to products and to ensure SEO best practice is implemented.
  • Lead a collaborative, dynamic keyword research, planning and implementation process. 
  • Work closely with the Content Designers, Product and Delivery Managers to create digital services that work for our users. 

What you'll bring 

  • Demonstrable experience of of delivering SEO projects to meet objectives, on time and on budget, ideally using agile methodologies and user centred design thinking.
  • Strong planning and analytics skills - both at a high level and also able to get into the details to make things happen when needed.  
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other disciplines - from technical to content and other UX experts and contribute to the delivery of each project.
