About the role 

This is a hugely exciting opportunity for a performance analyst, to help our teams build a deep understanding of our products and services through digital performance measurement, analysis and reporting across the programme. 

You’ll be joining a large agile multi-disciplinary and co-located team dedicated to developing a new user-centred information and support service for many of our users groups - from applying to a course, to finding research collaborations and much more. 

This project is fast-paced and hugely ambitious. We need someone who can lead on a range of analysis and interrogation of digital data in order to define an effective plan and performance activities across service teams.

What you'll do 

  • Carry out a range of performance analysis activities, to deliver accurate understanding  of digital experience performance 
  • Define online funnel reporting and provision of data in line with programme and university requirements 
  • Collaborate with colleagues to build up a rich picture of our users.
  • Interrogate and explore all aspects of digital data to make new connections and share insights so that understanding and journeys are continually improved.

What you’ll have 

  • Demonstrable experience in utilising large and diverse datasets to support the delivery of strategies 
  • Evidence of strong stakeholder engagement skills and experience in leading working groups/scoping exercises.
  • Experience in using databases to extract, cleanse, merge and analyse data.
  • Communicate analysis through a mix of dissemination routes; report writing, presentations, interactive dashboards.
