The Student Experience Programme is a key transformation programme that will seek to develop our approach to the delivery of services for students. This will enable rapid development of the student experience and will contribute directly to the University’s Strategic Plan and its aims to improve the student experience. To support this work, a programme team is being established. 

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Administrator to provide the vital organisational support needed for this programme.  You will assist the Student Experience Business Change and Engagement Manager, Programme Manager, Project Managers and Business Analyst with project administrative support including coordinating and diarising meetings, servicing meetings, general communications and where appropriate producing documents / briefing papers to assist with the progression of the various work-streams. 

You will have excellent communication, organisational and inter-personal skills and must be able to demonstrate that you can work accurately and within relevant policies and procedures. You will be an excellent team player with a proven ability to work proactively.
