Working hours: 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9:00 – 15:30 (30 minute unpaid lunch break)

Please see below details of a new * temporary * assignment.  

Job details:

Clean designated areas either individually or as a member of a team, ensuring that they are kept in a clean and hygienic condition. The majority of the role will include:  mop sweeping, damp mopping, suction cleaning, machine buffing, carpet cleaning, window cleaning, sanitary appliance cleaning, replenishing toilet requisites.

The successful candidate will: 

  • Be willing to learn and proactive
  • Able to organise time effectively

Essential Skills: 

·         Attention to detail.

·         Able to follow instructions and guidance of line manager.

·         To work unsupervised after initial training.

·         A good understanding of written and spoken English is essential (for Health and Safety reasons).

Desirable Skills:  

  • Cleaning experience desirable although full training will be given.

· Temporary assignments offered through UniWorkforce are casual roles. · Temporary workers are paid a month in arrears.  Pay day is on the last working day of each month.  This means that, depending on your start date, it could be up to eight weeks before you receive your first payment.  

· To be eligible to apply you need to be immediately available.  Interviews will take place before assignments are offered. 

· The above assignments are open to all.  Prior to starting in the assignment it is necessary to register with UniWorkforce and show both Visa and Passport documents to confirm your Right to Work.
