A new opportunity has arisen to join the Information Management and Cyber Security Programmes of work on a fixed term contract supporting the programme and stakeholders across the University through a period of change.  Working within the University’s iSolutions department, you will be responsible for supporting the successful delivery of these two strategic programmes.

As the Change Manager, you will work closely with the programme team to identify business changes: this will include people, processes and system changes.  You will work to fully understand the impact of these changes and partner with colleagues across the University to implement them.  Your excellent knowledge of administrative processes and procedures will provide expertise to support a smooth and effective programme of change.

You will already have change insight/experience, including in all aspects of change projects: process re-engineering, change management plans, impact of change, business engagement, and training needs analysis. We’re seeking someone with potential to develop training strategies and communicate them effectively, and to facilitate workshop discussions.

You will have a highly professional approach, be able to work with staff at all levels. You will demonstrate excellent direct and indirect communication skills appropriate for a wide cross-section of stakeholders.  You will need to be well organised with strong attention to detail, you will be able to persevere with tasks until they are accomplished, irrespective of obstacles.
