An exciting opportunity has come up to join the University’s Student and Education Services, the team that exists to provide the support, information, co- and extra-curriculum activities that students need to thrive during their time at University. Our student administration activities include enrolment, curriculum planning and timetabling, assessment, award and graduation.  

 As Head of Student Systems, you will oversee and provide direction, development and support for the current student systems portfolio, used to support the delivery of education administration. You will lead a team of systems/business analysts, and collaborate effectively with users across the organisation, and our iSolutions department, bringing business-focus to application management.  

You will be joining a University that aims to inspire excellence, to achieve the remarkable and build an inclusive world. We are engaged in a change programme to modernise the student experience, and to deploy new ICT platforms to support our business. 

You will need to have extensive experience developing people and teams, managing resources, priorities budgets and risks. You will need to demonstrate creativity, resilience and the ability to persuade. You should have a flexible approach, and a commitment to excellence in service quality.
