An exciting opportunity has come up to join the University’s Student and Education Services, a pivotable role in ensuring the critical student records system and associated systems work and perform to support students, professional services staff and academics in their endeavors at the University. The team you are managing get actively involved in providing systems support, resolving issues and capturing requirements for new developments for all the student administration activities across the student lifecycle such as enrolment, curriculum planning and timetabling, placements, assessment, award and graduation.

 As Head of Student Systems, you will oversee and provide direction, development and support for the current student systems portfolio. This role engages with a wide range of stakeholders across the University, building strong relationships our iSolutions department whilst leading a team of systems/business analysts, bringing business-focus to the student systems application management. 

You will be joining a University that aims to inspire excellence, to achieve the remarkable and build an inclusive world. We are engaged in a change programme to modernise the student experience, and to deploy new ICT platforms to support our business. 

You will need to have extensive experience developing people and teams, managing resources, priorities budgets and risks. You will need to demonstrate creativity, resilience and the ability to persuade. You should have a flexible approach, and a commitment to excellence in service quality.
