Applications are invited for a fixed term post of Teaching Fellow. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the early years of undergraduate medical education for students on the BM5/6/EU medical degree programmes.

On the BM5 programme, students study at one of the UK's leading teaching hospitals – Southampton General Hospital – and at purpose-built Life Sciences facilities on campus. The BM6 programme is designed to widen participation in medicine.  Students on the BM(EU) programme study alongside BM5 students in Southampton for the first two years before returning to Kassel in Germany for the majority of their final three years.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop an educational portfolio that includes module leadership, teaching, curriculum design and assessment in the early years of the BM5/6/EU programmes. The nature of this portfolio will depend on the successful applicant’s expertise, skills and experience.

The School of Primary Care, Population Science and Medical Education provides a supportive environment with many opportunities for collaboration.
