Our new-look Student Recruitment Marketing and Events team is growing and we’re looking for inspiring people to come and join us . We’ve reformed our structure to better fulfil the University Strategy and its growth ambitions. 

We are seeking Student Recruitment Enquiry Advisors to act as the first port of call for students interested in studying at the University.

Our Enquirer Experience team provide excellent customer service to prospective students; answering questions and providing advice on visiting and applying to the University - detailing entry requirements, application methods, fees and funding opportunities as well as signposting to other sources of information. In addition, through accurate data entry and record keeping, the team ensure our interactions with prospective students are recorded to inform our future student recruitment strategy.

About you:

You’ll bring a high standard of written and verbal communication skills to the role, and be enthusiastic about delivering excellent customer service. By delivering timely and accurate responses to enquirers you'll ensure that students, their parents, teachers and supporters are left with a positive impression of the University and are encouraged to apply.
