Applications are invited for a full-time, permanent Senior Teaching Fellow in the School’s Education Development Office (EDO). We are looking for someone passionate about working with students and staff with a view to continuous improvement.

The post calls for a comprehensive understanding of the issues facing students as they transition to University and what strategies can best support them. The post-holder will be involved in the peer support schemes for both undergraduate and masters’ students. The postholder will also work with staff, identifying and creating opportunities for development.

Given the demand for study skills and language support, applications are welcome from those with experience in these fields. Additionally, the School is keen to embrace blended learning, so applications are encouraged from those with experience of online delivery development.

The EDO is a small team, working closely together, so the successful applicant will be a team player who is also able to work independently. This is a challenging and stimulating role which requires resilience and a commitment to our students and their education.
