The role
We have recently launched our Health and Wellbeing Strategic Plan are currently expanding the staff wellbeing team which is embedded within Health Safety and Risk team at the University. There is a genuine commitment at the top of the University to increase wellbeing support for staff and this role presents a unique opportunity to being involved in the development of this area.
We are looking for an individual to provide operational support for staff in all aspects of physical and mental wellbeing. Working within a small team the role will support delivery of wellbeing training, initiatives and awareness campaigns across the University - often with an emphasis on mental health.
About you
You will be well organised and adaptable, taking a positive approach to managing a busy, and often varied, workload. Excellent communication, organisational and inter-personal skills are required as this role will be involved in the development and delivery of training across the University. You will have a proven commitment to providing an excellent service.
Experience of working in workplace wellbeing or in public facing wellbeing environments is an essential requirement. Experience within a Health and Safety team, although useful, is not essential for this role.

You will be able to work partly remotely or fully office-based at our Highfield campus. Remote and flexible working will be considered on an individual basis, depending on team roles, locations and logistics
