This is an opportunity to advance your university teaching career in a School of Chemistry that has recently benefited from a multimillion-pound investment in its undergraduate teaching laboratories. You will join a team that is focused on developing sustainable and innovative approaches to laboratory teaching, contributing to wider teaching activities in the School.

At the core of our education provision is our Undergraduate Laboratory teaching. We are seeking someone to develop and deliver world-class practical training, with a primary focus on Physical and Measurement Chemistry. Working collaboratively with a team of other teaching fellows and technicians, you will be integral to ensuring an outstanding student experience in a core part of our degree programmes. Integral to this are our modern and fully equipped teaching laboratories, where you will be able to create opportunities for student to experience all aspects of chemistry. 

To succeed in this role you should be able to demonstrate teaching experience at an undergraduate level, with a desire to grow this experience in your future career. Willing to continually update your knowledge and understanding in both chemistry and chemical education, you will be able to implement advances in teaching and scholarship to deliver a laboratory course to allow our future graduates to succeed in any field.
