At this exciting time when we are investing in our strategic portfolio, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Programme/Project Administrators to join the CPO and support the delivery of the University's new and ambitious strategy. This role is supporting the Reducing Casualisation Project (RC).
You will work in partnership with Project Managers, Business Change Managers, and programme sponsors to support the planning and delivery of specified projects, using the University’s best practice project framework to ensure success. This will include coordinating and servicing key programme boards and meetings, overseeing general project communications, and maintaining key project documentation such as project timelines and risk logs.
About you:
You’ll be able to work accurately within deadlines and conscious of relevant policies and procedures. You’ll bring excellent communication and organisational skills and have a keen eye for detail. You’ll be an engaged team member, but also able to work independently and manage your own workload. You’ll have a skill level (including experience and other qualifications) equivalent to the achievement of a professional qualification, with excellent IT skills. You’ll be professional, clear thinking and act as a role model within the Change Portfolio Office.
