An exciting opportunity is available for a researcher within the Primary Care Research Centre to contribute to the development of an intervention to support families with sleep problems and ADHD.   

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting qualitative research with parents/carers of children with ADHD and sleep problems to optimise a digital behavioural intervention.

Applicants will have a PhD in a health or social research or related discipline, or equivalent professional qualifications and experience in relevant discipline (e.g. psychology). They will also have experience of qualitative research in a health setting. Successful applicants will have demonstrated their ability to work independently and efficiently in a research context and will have excellent written English skills with meticulous attention to detail. 

The post is fixed term for 12 months and will be offered part-time 0.5FTE

Applications will be considered from candidates who are working towards or nearing completion of a relevant PhD qualification.  The title of Research Fellow will be applied upon completion of PhD.  Prior to the qualification being awarded the title of Senior Research Assistant will be given.
