36 hours per week (typical working hours for the role will be 12:30 to 20:30, but flexibility is required due to varying demands and scheduled events)

This autumn, the University will re-open a newly refurbished Teaching and Learning Building. The Sir James Matthews building is in the City Centre, contains a café, lecture theatres, seminar rooms and event spaces across 7 levels.
Estates and Facilities are seeking a Building Supervisor to support the Building Manager in the delivery of teaching and learning and a high-quality student experience within the Sir James Matthews Building, through effective and efficient operational services (student and staff support, maintenance, cleaning, health and safety, security, room set-up and building inductions). You will possess good communication and customer care skill and be able to work flexible hours Monday to Friday with the occasional weekend.
