Student Wellbeing Outreach Team Leader (Nights)

We are recruiting for a Student Wellbeing Outreach Team Leader within our Student Wellbeing Team.
The Student Wellbeing Team offer services that include: a 24/7 Open Door drop-in service, wellbeing workshops and events; a team of wellbeing practitioners, including specialist support for sexual violence and harassment and self-help resources.
The role of Wellbeing Outreach Team Leader will be responsible for managing a team of Advisors, who work across a variety of shifts. They will be responsible for providing escalation, guidance and support for complex student wellbeing and mental health difficulties.
This permanent part-time post is offered working the night duties on a 31.5 hours a week contract. The working pattern is fixed to Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights. This weekly pattern will be 3 on 4 off working 20:00 – 07:30.
Our ideal candidate will have:
• Experience of line management, including staff development, coaching and performance management
• The ability to support and lead a team
• The ability to quickly develop relationships and work collaboratively with colleagues from across the University
• Proven experience of successfully supporting colleagues within a both proactive and reactive environment
