At the University of Southampton Business School we are entering an exciting stage of our development. Through major investment from the University we are beginning the implementation of our ambitious five-year strategic plan. It is an exciting time to join the School and we are now seeking to recruit outstanding individuals for key positions that will play a crucial role in the School achieving its vision.
The OB/HRM department comprises 15 full time academic members of staff including 3 professors. As well as undertaking independent research, we also look to develop closer collaborations between staff across the department focusing on areas of research strength including leadership, organisational change and performance, motivation, learning, development and careers, responsible management and ethics. We would particularly welcome applicants who are able to both teach and contribute towards research within this thematic area. Of particular interest to the group would be experience of research in the area of reputation and relationships. You should have a PhD or equivalent professional qualifications and experience, combined with a good research track-record and concrete plans for future research activity.
