The Treasury and Banking team are looking to recruit a team player to assist with various financial related tasks. The team is adaptable, proactive and hardworking and the ideal candidate should have a good range of skills that will complement the team work ethic.

The apprenticeship will consist of a combination of learning on the job alongside fellow team members, together with off the job training/study with our training provider South Hampshire College Group. After completing the role-specific training, the position is offered on a hybrid basis.

In year one of the apprenticeship, pay will be 60% of the lowest spine point value of Level 2a. Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship and end point assessment, pay will increase to 100% of the lowest spine point of Level 2a.

* NB - Notwithstanding the provisions set out above, all apprentices will receive a salary which equates to at least the applicable National Minimum Wage or National Living Wage rate for their age, where this exceeds those contractual provisions.
